School Direct Partnership Agreement

Apprentices should be recruited into your school partnership after being qualified as newly qualified teachers (NQTs). To determine how many School Direct places need to apply, you need to consider them. You should also take a look at the direct school: Plan your program. This publication contains a number of questions for your school partnership as well as questions you need to ask training providers. Training places are allocated to the business school on behalf of the partnership, usually for one year. The Hauptschule assumes general responsibility for applying for study places with the Ministry of Education (DfE) and meeting the criteria of Direct School. Trainees are employed as unqualified teachers. The DfE provides funds to fund schools to cover training costs and subsidize training salaries. The application for the years 2018 to 2019 ended on June 22, 2017. If you are interested in ITT`s participation during the 2019-2020 period, please contact a direct school or ITT provider. As part of the partnership agreement with your ITT provider, you should decide what training elements are offered by the Lead School, partner schools and your chosen provider.

This should include all fixed sites or days, for example trainees are always at school on Mondays. You should also think about making the best use of the expertise available through school partners and your ITT providers. You can include top teachers. B for the training of expertise and your quality assurance and evaluation provider. You need to make sure that you are able to provide the aspects of the training that you are going to take care of. The management school must be Class 1 (excellent) or Class 2 (good) to ensure overall efficiency and must be a school, a special school, an academy, a free school or a sixth seed, maintained by the local authority. Request and manage places for initial teacher training (ITT) for School Direct. Membership in an existing direct school partnership is recommended. This is because it provides more opportunities to exchange expertise, meet employment expectations, and implement effective program management and management.

It also brings economies of scale to negotiations with teachers.
